My Client is a mid-size tech company looking for a strong Marketing Operations Manager to join their collaborative and fast-paced marketing team. They are an established company with a strong and loyal customer portfolio. This role works closely with salesas well as other departments to ensure all technology and insights are utilised to the highest standard of practice in order to enhance performance company-wide.
**Ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. **
**Location**: This a full-time role, Hybrid remote - one day per week in the office in the South Reading area.
**MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Collaborating with stakeholders, sales and other department managing marketing operations, data, and marketing automation projects.
- Work closely with campaign, marketing, customer success and sales teams with software automation projects, integrations, and use of data for enhanced market insights and optimising performance.
- Project manage deliverables by effectively communicating, providing analytics, and gathering data and insights with the goal of producing a strategy to open up new opportunities.
- Being the admin guru of the MarTech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce & Hubspot.
- Understanding the impact of the marketing strategies and provide insights and ensure plans are carried out to continuously improve.

**THE IDEAL MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER WILL HAVE**:

- Previous experience in Tech B2B marketing operations / marketing automation (Hubspot & Salesforce)
- Excelled numerical and analytical ability, with capabilities in processing analytical insights with the goal of improving marketing performance
- Marketing Operations metrics knowledge
- Experience in SEO and PPC with track record of impact resulting in upscaled website traffic
- Highly organised, able to prioritize tasks, an excellent communicator, and a natural problem solver
- Ability to project manage stakeholders
