Summary of the role

We are seeking an ambitious HubSpot Consultant to join our growing agency. The core responsibility for this role is creating marketing strategies that help our B2B technology sector clients achieve their commercial objectives through HubSpot. 


The ideal candidate will have both the technical know-how of HubSpot as well as the creative ability to craft strategies and choose appropriate tactics to deliver on the set direction. The ability to analyse data and gather insights is a crucial skill that is required to be successful in this role. Experience working with HubSpot is needed as you'll be required to help with consulting and onboarding clients on HubSpot.


You'll work particularly closely with our website projects team and the creative studio to craft best-in-class websites. Ideally, we're looking for someone who has experience with website information architecture and is able to combine SEO findings with sitemap recommendations. Moreover, practical know-how of user experience best practices and buyer journey strategy will be a plus.


You will be proactive, seeing the client as an extension of our team, never settling for average and always seeking the best results as you immerse yourself in their performance and the market.


Responsibilities

You will be supporting the Strategy team in digital marketing programme delivery. This includes:

  • providing support & guidance to colleagues and customers that use the HubSpot software including delivering training programs and lead Partner Scale On-boarding (PSO) engagements.
  • developing a deep knowledge of the full suite of HubSpot software and being the internal subject matter expert on the HubSpot CRM.
  • being able to analyse and visualise clients' existing business processes and map these into HubSpot’s architecture. 
  • ability to develop and lead HubSpot-related workshops.
  • being comfortable with CRM data sets and data architecture.
  • using your knowledge and experience of HubSpot to plan and implement some platform customisation such as custom analytics filters and custom-built reports. This could also include implementing advanced automation workflows and the use of a broad range of other functionality and tools such as the CTA migration tool.
  • collaborating with internal teams such as project managers and client strategists to meet client goals.


Mandatory skills
  • Advanced HubSpot experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of digital in-house or marketing agency experience
  • BA or MA level in Marketing, Business or a related subject
  • Passion and strong understanding of the inbound marketing process/methodology and HubSpot platform
  • Creative, confident and positive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop as techniques and requirements advance and change
  • Always looking for a solution or a better way to do things
