THE GIG** Build, deliver and optimize all CRM initiatives to drivedatabase and e-commerce growth within EMEA region with a focus on campaign, database acquisition and omnichannel drivers. **THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART**:
- Lead and ensure all campaign communications from CRM is on-brand and accurate
- Launch data acquisition initiatives for 10 EMEA regions on a regular basis
- Analyze and track performance of all campaigns including transactional and lifecycle flows, pivoting strategies and implementing tests where opportunities are identified
- Liaise with wider CRM, content and CRO on campaign optimization tests, coordinating with regional marketing teams as well on campaign performance and localization efforts
- Identify additional touchpoints with customer database to increase customer CLV

To be our **CRM Executive** you will also possess these qualities: - Previous experience with ESPs (Klaviyo, Responsys, Emarsys, etc), preferably at an agency or retailer with e-commerce focus - Agile way of working - Previous experience with managing multiplestakeholders/teams (ie. Project, content, other digital marketing channels) - An ability to communicate business requirements to technical teams - An understanding of HTML, CSS and dynamic programming languages - Strong attention to detail, driven by qualityand accuracy - Analytical minded - with strong experience in data analytics and data tools ie. Power BI, Google Analytics - Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment, agile and reactive - Excellent time-management and prioritization skills required
