A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

Boden is hiring for a Content & Picture Editor to support the creative teams in producing the best quality assets for each monthly campaign.

You will be supporting the Art Directors in editing for private collections to suit marketing messages and managing content across departments making sure the correct assets are used in all communications across the business, this includes lifestyle model imagery and video content.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Debrief with Art Directors/Creative Directors post shoots
- pulling shots together to answer the messages from the marketing briefs.
- Make private collections for Designers to use as starting point for their briefs.
- Work with Design Leads to reach consensus on creative assets, overseeing artworkers and designers work in daily WIP meetings, especially working with designers on all print projects.
- Liaise with Digital Artworkers to support Home page and Landing page edits.
- Understand the Photographic Rights/Usage for each campaign and add to mood boards.
- Work with Video Editors and Art Directors to edit down footage and suggest best content, cut down best segments of footage post-shoot to aid video editing/final cut.
- Support internal teams with picture research for presentations and internal comms etc.
- Work closely with social teams to gain an understanding of influencer content and curate edits on the site and socials.
- Manage and curate UGC content with Story Stream team (1 hour daily).
- Picture research and license images for editorial web stories and social posts. Work closely with social teams on these stories.
- Input ideas for music and musicians we could commission and collaborate with.
- Help create Monthly Music Library and assist Art Directors in what music we can use in campaigns.
- When needed, offer photography services
- i.e for social, influencers, BTS on shoots, video on shoots or anything that might feel relevant and needed across the teams.
- Reinstate creative deep dive research when necessary to keep teams inspired and on the pulse with what is happening at other brands creatively.
- Support the Head of Graphic Design and Artworking with any content editor ad hoc requests.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience in a content and picture editing role within the fashion industry.
- Ability to understand marketing briefs and collaborate with creative teams on this.
- Strong experience editing for digital as well as for print, with excellent knowledge of social media channels and UGC content.
- Working knowledge of MaDam, Workfront and have a good understanding of Flo.
- An understanding of photographic rights and music licenses.
- An extensive music library and photography skills is a bonus.
