**Product Support - Team Lead - PERMANENT ROLE**

**SOUTHAMPTON**

**£30,000 p.a. plus excellent benefits**

We are looking for a Team Leader with a contact call centre background to manage a team of Product Support Advisors in a busy call centre. Their duties will include setting team workloads, training staff members and ensuring employees work towards company goals and objectives.

You will start as a Product Support Team Lead, where you will have the opportunity to develop and progress to a Product Support Team Manager.

**About The Job**
- Work across the entire contact centre to actively support the team with their daily duties when required.
- Conduct regular monthly 1 to 1 reviews with the team
- Support in customer escalations as required reporting back through US Exec team and UK Senior Management.
- Review quality levels through coaching call monitoring and feedback
- Takes ownership and coordinate specific operational projects & tasks.
- Keep up to date on new products and processes through Marketing communications and liaising with our Global Help Desk team.
- Follow the development matrix to progress to Team Manager level

**About You**
- Previous experience in a call centre is essential
- Previous experience in a customer focused job as well as managing/leading a small team.
- You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking with customers and team members.
- You must have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Good data recording and administration skills will also be required
- You must be comfortable with multitasking in your work
- Competent in the use of MS Office, CRM systems and other software packages.
- Knowledge of Garmin products would be an advantage.
