**Administrator - Subject Access Request | Administration | Part-Time, 22.5hrs p/week | Permanent Contract | Monday - Friday (3 days p/week) | £11.45 p/hour | Norwich | Free Parking | Excellent Benefits**

Spire Norwich Hospital are looking to bring on an Administrator to provide an efficient detailed service to Spire Healthcare to achieve the highest most detailed standard of service as a SAR Customer Service Officer, dealing with all legal requests and Data Subject Requests for medical records. This role will also support the medical records team once all tasks are completed.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide an efficient detailed service to our patients, solicitors, in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Deal with telephone communications professionally and effectively.
- Have a full understanding of the core principles of GDPR.
- Maintain all cohorts and SAR requests.
- Update and maintain a series of Spreadsheets and systems to provide a comprehensive list of requests to allow full visibility and accountability.
- Maintenance of patient confidentiality at all times
- Maintenance of a professional service which has a high standard of efficiency.
- To ensure continuity by multi-skilling with other clerical duties on an ad hoc basis as required by the department.
- Undertake any other tasks that reasonably fall within the general nature and level of responsibility for this post

**What we are looking for**:

- It would be desirable to come from a similar role but this is not essential.
- Proven administrative skills and experience.
- The ability to react to the changing demands of the department providing a high quality service. Examples of which are:

- Accurate dealing with all tasks attached to this position.
- Implementation of new working practices with the approval of the departmental manager.
- Reacting pro-actively to the day to day changes in the work place.
- To undertake any training or development as required to acquire skills and knowledge to undertake role competently, including all electronic & practical mandatory training.
- Experience of working in a team.
- A clear telephone voice.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Must be IT literate.
