**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support in their own homes. You will supervise Carers and work in partnership with the registered manager to ensure that the service complies with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote dignity, privacy, and choice.
- Monitor the performance of Carers and conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Investigate complaints and incidents and implement improvements to enhance the quality of the service.
- Ensure that all information about clients is kept secure and confidential.
- Supervise and support Carers to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in care services
- Competency in planning and organizing workloads effectively to ensure that clients receive the services they require
- Ability to lead and manage a team of Carers while providing appropriate support, guidance, and training.
- Previous experience assessing vulnerable clients in their own homes
- Familiar with the use of essential health and safety equipment in the community
- Professional and responsive where there are risks identified
- Knowledge of local authority compliance and CQC requirements
- A good understanding of Service user rights
- Experienced in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning and Risk Assessments
- Good communicator, well organised and proficient with Word and Excel.
- Social care qualification or willingness to work towards acquiring one
- Proven track record of clear communication and building constructive relationships with clients
- Provide quality care in people's homes

**Pay**
- £13.15 per hour, plus overtime

**Experience**:

- providing care: 3 years (required)
- supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Right to Work in the UK documentation (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
