Aston Manor are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to support our Tiverton Site to provide a professional, responsive and confidential HR service to line managers and colleagues, covering a wide range of HR activity from recruitment and selection through to employee relations.

We are looking for someone who can exercise tact and diplomacy, with a confidential and professional approach to work, someone who is a team player and able to offer a degree of flexibility to cover within the department when needed.

You must have previous HR experience gained at either Advisor or Officer level (3 years minimum), proven experience in an advisory capacity, employee relations and employment law knowledge and knowledge of best practice within Human Resources.
