**Job title**: Part-Time Office Administrator - Boiler maintenance service department

**Company**: Gleaner is an independent, family owned, fuel distribution Company with a network of company owned and independent owned filling stations providing fuel and services to motorists.

**Location**: Head Office Elgin

**Hours**: 25 hours a week 9.30 -14.30 (Monday to Friday)

**Pay**: National Minimum Wage 21 and over (National Living Wage): £11.44 18 to 20: £8.60

**Job description**: We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our Boiler Maintenance Service Department. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks, primarily focusing on answering phones and invoicing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and assisting callers with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Generating and sending invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and client information.
- Assisting with general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing administrative support to the service department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of invoicing procedures and basic accounting principles is preferred but not required.
