ETV Elgin are looking to recruit a Service & Warranty Administrator to join our growing After Sales Team.


The successful applicant requires the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, be organised, work well under their own initiative as well as work within a larger team.

You will be working alongside existing staff based in our Elgin office.

The Role:

  • Prepare and process warranty/Repair & maintenance claims using our DMS, ensuing claims are submitted in accordance with manufacturers requirements.
  • Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance with manufacturer and departmental standards with regard to the administration of open time, technician clocking's and job card narrative/writeups.
  • Ensuring repair order documentation is fully and correctly completed and follow manufactures processes and policies.
  • Administration of service job cards job stories /parts / labour etc...
  • Obtain purchase order numbers for work carried out.
  • Provide administration support and Holiday cover for the Service department.
  • Communicate/liase with the Service/Parts managers regarding Warranty claim submissions.
  • Various tasks involved with providing admin support to the After Sales Team.
  • Strong administration skills, have the ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Someone with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite / DMS).
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and the ability to work using your own initiative.
