**About the role**:
As part of a fast-growing fintech start up, the Head of Marketing for the B2B2C Business Unit will take on the role of a strategic yet highly tactical marketing expert to own the global marketing strategies to deliver ambitious growth targets.

We are looking for an outstanding marketing leader with business and consumer experience of successfully launching new SAAS products into new markets.

This is an extremely fast paced environment where you will be collaborating cross-functionally, interacting daily with product, engineering, and sales teams. You are a hands-on marketing superstar having experience and knowledge spanning the entire marketing stack and you will be responsible for everything in a test and learn environment - from customer and market segmentation, messaging and positioning, lead generation, sell-in and sell-through collaterals, outreach, and social media that support the successful customer acquisition, product launches and customer conversion.

**What you'll be doing**:
The Coincover B2B2C team aims to accelerate the creation and launch of new crypto protection products and services that deliver significant business and consumer value.

You'll be managing a team of product marketers, sales enablement managers, and marketing insights managers having a diverse mix of strengths, backgrounds, and personalities.

You will manage the team that balances one another, while also bringing all the critical skills to the table. As a head of level marketing expert, you will have a constant pulse on the crypto environment, our products, our business partners and consumers, and will forever be testing and learning how messaging and positioning land in real customer interactions, bringing validated findings back to the wider business.

To succeed in this role, you must be adept at generating high-impact marketing ideas, clearly prioritising workloads, managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion.

As the Head of Product in the B2B2C Division you'll be mostly
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Analysing consumer and business customer behaviour and current trends to develop customer personas, value propositions, messaging and positioning.
- Build a scalable, effective, and cost-efficient marketing capability.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business partners and consumers.
- Distilling new product concepts and understanding the narrative to form ways of messaging and positioning it to appeal to target customers in an iterative test and learn environment.
- Looking for new opportunities to boost market share by exploring new market segments.
- Conduct primary user research supporting the validation aspects of the marketing plan through observation/shadowing, surveys, customer advisory boards, interviews, and focus groups.
- Articulate/message product strategy and customer pain points as it serves the target market and ecosystem of crypto protection audience influencers and business decision-makers.
- Develop and implement a strategy for customer acquisition, retention and growth.
- Deliver the value proposition, messaging, segmentation, and positioning piece of work to ensure product success in the marketing place.
- Deliver sustained growth across all sales channels to achieve targets.
- Build a strong network in the crypto industry, particularly with partners, customers, press, and thought leaders that could be tapped into for the validation aspects of go to market planning.
- Support the team members to elevate them to industry thought leaders in the crypto and financial services market, including authoring, speaking, engaging with industry-specific, applicable media channels as a crypto / blockchain expert.

**What sort of person we need**:

- Currently in a head of marketing position with a track record of increasing responsibility delivering results at scale in a B2B2C environment.
- Experience in the crypto, Fintech, start-up, and / or SAAS space.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to define, drive and deliver the go-to-marketing strategy for new Coincover products.
- You're never tired of learning. You want to be a pro in bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0
- You must have experience in a start-up environment and be proficient with bringing unproven products and services to market, including the building of hypotheses, creation of experiments to confirm or dispel these hypotheses, feedback of insights and understanding of the product market fit.
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience in crypto, or blockchain, ideally at a fast-paced start-up. Also, open to other sectors from a SAAS or financial services environment if coming with strong innovation experience.
