**We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join this busy 5-surgery mixed NHS and private dental practice in Londonderry.**
- **Located right on the high street, close to local car parks and to the train station**:

- **With a longstanding core team including 12 support staff, 5 Clinicians, and a hygienist**:

- **With 5 surgeries, the practice already offers a great mix of NHS and private treatments and with the space to bring on a Treatment Coordinator and another specialist clinician there is huge potential for further revenue growth**

**Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in other sectors, such as retail or hospitality, we are keen to hear from you.**

**As a Practice Manager you will be;**
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
