As our business continues to grow, we are seeking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Role Description:

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing talent mainly within public sector organisations. You will collaborate with our clients to understand their unique staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process that aligns with our clients' goals.

The hands-on role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including lead generation, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, budget management, paid advertising, analytics reporting, and website management.

You'll be part of a small, talented and friendly team with a challenger mentality, and will be supported daily by both Senior Recruiters and our Client Management team.

A team player, prepared to roll your sleeves up, with dedication and passion for the role.Ability to express yourself clearly, directly and professionally through written and verbal communication.Positive and upbeat, full of energy with a growth mindset.A confident nature, not afraid to suggest new ideas.Good ability to build relationships, an enthusiastic and collaborative approach.Able to keep up with a fast pace and quick turnover of work.Able to juggle multiple projects.Autonomous, yet you know when and how to raise questions or issues to your line manager.Travel may be required so access to a car and a full driving licence will be a benefit, and the right to work in the UK is a must.Key Responsibilities:Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational culture, and values.Talent Sourcing: Identify and source high-calibre candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Screening and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure they meet the qualifications and standards required by public sector employers.Interviewing: Perform structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and compatibility with the public sector roles.Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about public sector hiring regulations and ensure all recruitment practices align with legal requirements.Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.Market Research: Stay current on public sector trends, employment conditions, and the competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.Responsible for generating new businessQualifications:Proven experience in recruiting for public sector positions, including government agencies, non-profits, or similar organisation would be idealKnowledge of public sector hiring regulations, compliance, and processes.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
