B2b Telesales Administrator

Trading since 1978 Tynechem are an established supplier to Pharmacies, Medical & NHS Centres and Wholesalers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland and are looking to recruit a full-time, enthusiastic B2B telesales administrator. This position is for a confident and self-motivated individual to work within a busy team. We are looking for someone with experience who can work at a fast pace, and to keep up with our necessary targets and daily transactions and driving our business forward. You will be working on order processing, growing our customer base, and also growing existing accounts to strengthen business relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential and existing customers over the phone to sell our products
- Complete accurate sales forms
- Be able to build rapport and answer customer questions effectively
- Close sales
- Act professionally and respectfully within the office and with customers
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Focus on continual professional development to maximise consistent sales
- Accurate sales order processing.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of using computer systems and Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office/ Excel and Sage 50 Pro - we also use a sales program called Blue Alligator
- Strong communication skills
- Able to effectively multi-task and take responsibility for organising their own time
- Ability to work independently without distracting our other work force
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Constantly looks at improving processes and tasks
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy.
