**The Opportunity for You**

This is your chance to work for a civil engineering and multi utility company, who have secured a multi-year contract with a major UK utility provider.

Since being established, they have grown in size and reputation becoming a go contract partner that always deliver to time and budget.

This particular project will play a huge part in supporting the UK reach its goal of net zero, via electrification and replacing technologies that use fossil fuels (coal, oil, and natural gas) with technologies that use electricity as a source of energy.

**Your Role**

You will play a key part in serving the community from the start to the end of the project, ensuring the company provide the customers with the best service possible. To do this you will become integrated into the lives of the customers. You will work faceto face with the customers, informing them of the project and handling any queries the customers have and ensure they are dealt with quickly and efficiently, by working closely with the operational teams upholding the standards and reputation the company has.Your time will be split between 2 sites, one with 200 homes and the other with 300 homes, with a likelihood of 75%/25% working split.

**Your background**

We would like to speak with you if you are passionate about engaging with customers and want to be working on new and exciting projects. You will need good communication both with the customer and within the team to provide the best possible service. Ideallywe would be looking for somebody with a utilities or electrical background.
