If you have strong administration skills and an interest in starting a career in Buying, the Buying Assistant role at the Youth Sport Trust could be the one for you. For over 25 years the Youth Sport Trust has been using the power of physical activity, play and sport to improve the lives of young people. The Buying Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to use your skills to make a difference to the development of young people in the UK.

In this role, you will build strong working relationships with colleagues to understand their requirements and work alongside the Buying Manager to develop solutions, as well as ensuring project delivery and value for money. You will make sure work is of high quality and reflective of our brand. We will look to you to support the Buying Manager with all aspects of Buying Administration including quality control and ethical product sourcing.

You must have excellent administration skills including excel spreadsheet management, with a keen eye for detail. You will be an excellent communicator and be good at coordinating your work across multiple projects too. Highly organised, you will be comfortable prioritising your workload.
