The Dynamic Property Group are recruiting a full time lettings accompanied viewer and inventory clerk to be based from our fast paced modern office in Meadowfield Durham. The role will be to assist with all aspects of the rental process from arranging appointments & referencing checks to handing over properties to new tenants. There will be a specific emphasis on arranging and conducting viewings on properties and arranging inspections during tenancies with this vacancy.

Our team are driven and professional team players and the successful applicant will be aligned to these visions.

Own car is essential and mileage will be paid

Pay: £25,500.00 per year
