We are looking for a **Verification Typing Support Coordinator** to join our **Verification Typing Team**.

**Title**:Verification Typing Support Coordinator**

**Salary: £26,211 per annum**

**Contract: Permanent (full-time)**

**Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)**

**Locati**on: Hybrid, minimum of 3 days in the head office in Hampstead, London. Team meetings to be attended in person. May be required to attend more often to carry out office-based duties.**

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

- Process new verification typing requests for Anthony Nolan donors.
- Report results to UK & International registries and transplant centres.
- Update donors, maintain and accurately update our databases and deal with sensitive information in adherence to GDPR guidelines.
- Handle incoming & outgoing blood samples and be willing to be vaccinated for Hepatitis B.
- Prepare and pack blood sample kits to send to potential donors.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met and report any anomalies.
- Collaborate and provide cover for the team and actively share your knowledge with colleagues.
