**The role and what you'll be doing**:
**As part of our growing marketing team, the role will be focused on increasing average customer value through initiatives such as cross-selling customers our other products, upselling extra cover to customers, refer-a-friend campaigns and re-engaging former customers.**:
**You'll be involved in**:

- Planning and delivering campaigns to grow audience engagement and better our understanding of our current customer-base.
- End-to-end campaign management of current and new initiatives.
- Analysing and reporting on activity and executing tests to optimise performance.
- Provide support to other areas of marketing where required.

**So thenwho are you?**- You'll be a confident and organised individual, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and a can-do attitude to rolling up your sleeves and getting involved.
- You'll come from a marketing background, with 2-3 years of experience, and a strong understanding of basic testing and segmentation principles.
- You'll have demonstrable experience in supporting the management and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
- You will be proficient with the complete Microsoft suite, especially Excel.
- You'll be a quick learner who is keen to learn how to use new platforms to a high standard. You'll be analytical with a strong attention to detail and a passion for bringing in increased value for our business.
- You'll have a passion for marketing and a desire to learn how B2C and growing businesses work.
- We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across business functions.
