**The role**
Due to continued success, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Pre-Planning Assistant to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Processing pre-planned bookings for customers, in conjunction with agreed SLA's.
- Generating correspondence and communicating with our door-to-door service clients.
- Booking hotels and flight/train tickets for business clients.
- Reviewing unassigned jobs and gauging suitable suppliers.
- Assigning the most economically advantageous supplier quotation.
- Generating and issuing of confirmation and acceptance paperwork.
- Advising the Manager of any inaccuracies or inconsistencies with the supply chain, impacting the recruitment process.
**Essential qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience**
- Excellent customer service skills and previous experience working within a customer service role would be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload effectively, with exceptional time management.
- The ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised.
- A good team player.
- Previous taxi industry experience would be advantageous.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- 5 GCSE's (A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent.
