Our client is a market leading national and international solutions provider, offering market leading support and infrastructure within the digital and technical arena.

Due to their continued and huge success, they now require an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (EMEA) to work remotely (in or around London).

**THE ROLE**

The Digital Marketing Manager EMEA is a newly created role responsible for effectively deploying our clients digital marketing initiatives and plans across the region (EMEA). Managing a team of two direct reports and the agency relationships for the region.This dynamic and challenging position will interact with all levels of the global and regions marketing organisation. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop strategic marketing plans, aligned to regional and local corporate business priorities, and overseeimplementation of integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns. The aim of the role is to develop the marketing pipeline and to deliver leads to sales that will lead to revenue across the entire product portfolio.

The primary digital channels the role will be responsible to begin with are paid search, display advertising and creating a test and learn process for new channels and tactics.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead digital marketing demand and growth programs across Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Leading a team of two direct reports
- Focus on Account targeting programs to grow demand from our global and prospect accounts.
- Digital marketing lead for EMEA with a focus on paid activities and working with the web and SEO teams to align activity.
- Focus on paid search and top of funnel media (including retargeting and prospecting campaigns)
- Build annual plan and manage budget to support demand and growth marketing activities and budgets
- Oversee marketing operations and funnel optimisation alongside sales counterparts
- Drive best practices around reporting on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain marketing enablement for using reports and incorporating data into planning and optimization
- Lead digital marketing interlock between EMEA regional marketing leads
- Manage regional online marketing agencies
- Share best practices and provide support to other international regions when relevant (APAC and LATAM)

**THE PERSON**
- The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have 5+ years of digital marketing
- 2+ years of being a people manager
- Fluent in English required (other languages are a plus)
- Strong experience in collaboration with global and country teams in driving regional execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills in presenting to cross functional teams
- A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement
- Experience building successful online demand and growth plans
- Experience building paid media strategies
- Budget management
- Must be comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources
- UK Based and eligible to work in the UK
- This is a home based or working from the London office - (some office, but mostly home)

**THE PACKAGE**
- Up to £75,000 Basic Salary (Subject to experience) - Negotiable
