**Job Description**:
**Your role as Commercial Operations Co-Ordinator**
- Raising POs on behalf of the Free Trade sales team and others.
- Maintaining Procure Wizard.
- Event planning and event support.
- Attend Scotland sales meetings as required.
- Processing Free Stock requests.
- Supporting and co-ordinating reporting for RSMs and SDMs.
- Other administrative tasks as agreed.
- Support Head of Commercial Operations (HOCO) and B&B Systems Project Manager (SPM) in the Feasibility study for Modular CRM planned for H2 2024.
- Support HOCO and SPM in development of a streamlined approach to selling Wines, Minerals and Spirits (WMS) both simplifying the process for the Free Trade Sales Team as well as growing revenue and profit from WMS.
- Support SPM in the testing and go-live of 2024 Continuous Improvement projects. Specific projects to be defined through the secondment period.
- Support HOCO and SPM with data management and cleansing project

**What you’ll bring**
- Ability to handle multiple different demands on time from multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to develop and maintain valuable business relationships as well as challenging others as appropriate.
- A good understanding of the Brewing and Brands business, specifically its processes, data and systems.
