**The Role**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Newcastle on a full time basis. This is a hybrid role working from the office 2-3 days a week as well as a requirement to work one day during the weekend with a day off during the week.

**What you’ll do**:
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the company process
- Provide daily support and assistance to the Customer Service Manager.
- Liaising with Customer Operations, FRC, and Technical teams to ensure customer re-verifications, personal data and/or direct debit updates and issues are completed and resolved in a timely manner.
**Who you are**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- At least 1 years experience in a customer facing role
- Willingness to learn/have some knowledge or understanding of the FCA’s regulatory framework
- Knowledge of the Fintech/challenger banking sector and understanding how this applies to this role, is desirable
