**Lettings Agent - Northumberland - negotiable salary**

I’m excited to offer an excellent career opportunity as a Lettings Agent/Clerk with our fantastic client who is an esteemed estate agency in Northumberland.

As a Lettings Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting prospective tenants with their dream homes and ensuring a smooth and efficient rental process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the entire lettings process, from advertising available properties to conducting viewings and tenant screenings. Ensure tenants needs and preferences are well understood, and assist them in finding suitable rental properties.
- Act as a liaison between landlords and tenants, addressing their queries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, rental rates, and property demand to provide informed advice to clients and prospective tenants.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork related to property rentals, such as inventory reports and safety certificates, are accurately maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a real estate, property management, or lettings role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively dealing with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate rental terms, close deals, and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred for property viewings.
