We are recruiting for **Sales and lettings Negotiators/Sales Progressor's **to join our Business across North Tyneside, Newcastle and Northumberland.

The main purpose of the role is to agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, deal with lettings negotiations as well as optimising every opportunity to schedule FS appointments.

**Our ideal Sales Negotiator is**
- An experienced Estate Agent who has dealt with Negotiating Sales and Lettings and progressing sales through to completion
- Resilient, positive and friendly
- Computer Literate
- Ideally interested in carrying out some Valuations when the Valuer is unavailable
- Able to carry out Accompanied Viewings
