Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the real estate industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales and Letting Negotiator. - **Responsibilities**:_

Register every new enquiry onto Alto, noting their details and booking in viewings.

Identify opportunities during customer calls, such as potential landlords or vendors, and provide appropriate information.

Proactively reach out to new instructions within 24 hours to establish contact and gather relevant details.

Efficiently type up property details for sales and lettings using the Alto software system.

Ensure the window display is regularly updated with current property details to attract potential clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on Alto about each conversation and interaction with clients.

Manage daily diary actions, ensuring all tasks are completed and there are no carryovers.

Organize and send out touting letters to landlords and potential vendors to expand our managed property portfolio.
- **Requirements**:_

Proven experience in the sales and lettings field.

Possession of a valid driving license and own car is essential for this role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with property management software like Alto.
