Transport Admin Assistant

Applicants must have working experiencing of Word. Excel and Outlook
The role will involve answering the telephone and booking journeys into a bespoke computer package called CATTS. Excellent telephone skills and patience is important, as many of our clients are elderly and isolated.
You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
- Inputting drivers mileage sheets on a daily basis
- Inputting and calculating staff hours for passing onto our wages department
- Counting money and entering onto spreadsheets and the paying in books for the bank
- Knowledge of excel is essential training will be given but you will required to export information from our bespoke booking system to Excel and then working you way round the spreadsheet produced
- Also, general admin duties using both Word and Outlook.
You will need to be able to work individually and part of team. Previous admin experience is essential.

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
