Talking Therapies are looking for a Senior Employment Advisor to work alongside their team of therapists to ensure that a personalised package of combined psychological treatment and employment support is available to all service users.

This role is part of a new employment advice service where you will be supporting service users to gain, return to or retain employment, alongside managing and supporting a team of 6 Employment Advisors.

You will need to be enthusiastic and motivated with a caring and positive approach and have experience of supervising and line managing a small group of staff to succeed in this role.

This role will be county-wide and applicants must be prepared to travel across our Liskeard, Roche and Saltash bases.

This role is Fixed Term until the end of March 2025.

**Main duties of the job**:

- To offer regular caseload supervision to Employment Advisors within the service.
- To provide training to other Talking Therapies clinical staff about the Talking Therapies Employment Service.
- Conduct assessments with service users, discussing the person’s job goals and any concerns regarding their capacity for work.
- Match job tasks and in the individual’s ability to do the job and any work solutions that may be required to develop the match.
- Refer the person to other support if they have particularly complex barriers.
