Partner Support Specialist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Partner Specialist to join a fast growing local company. You will provide both internal and customer facing support. Assisting in the smooth running of the business, to ensure the company can deliver the very best information and service, to both new and existing customers and the departments within the business. You will support the Managing Director with sales functions and day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes liaising with their internal production facility, finance & external customers, processing orders, updating sales software and database, booking travel and accommodation.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- To proactively organise workload ensuring time pressured tasks are completed promptly.
- Work closely with customers to ensure they receive the best possible service and updates on request.
- Update the company database and sales spreadsheets.
- Undertaking any task requested by management in an efficient and co-operative manner.
- Welcome any visitor into the business.
- Professionally handle and distribute incoming calls to the business.
- To assist and build continual improvements to internal processes.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Previous experience of delivering a high level of customer service with telephone confidence.
- Worked with Microsoft Office programs, (Excel in particular).
- Experience in a role requiring a high level of self-organisation.

**JOB DETAILS**:
- Hours of work 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday
- 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays
- Access to company pension
