We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Support Worker **at our young clients care package in Ilford

**When you'll be working**:

- 24 hours per week
- Day Shifts Monday to Friday

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to monitor and support our young client in their own home. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
