**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As a Core Consultant, you will help customers using mainframe, midrange, and cloud to accelerate and scale the delivery of digital.

You will be the customer's Trusted Advisor providing Thought Leadership supporting the transformation of organizations from an on-premises company to a cloud-native, cloud-centric business.

You are at the edge of technology and experienced in mainframe advice, platform engineering, next-gen hybrid cloud, cloud migration, modern operations, and cloud services. As the face of Kyndryl, your role will be to work with our customers, Kyndryl sales and delivery organizations, and Kyndryl Alliance Partners in this exciting environment. You will shape cloud-native solutions ranging from complex transformation to high-value agile delivery using your skills and industry-leading our cross-functional squads to deliver amazing solutions for our customers.

- You will work closely with our Clients, our Kyndryl teams, our cloud partners, and our 3rd party service providers.
- You will create High-Level Designs and participate in Design Authorities to create the solutions that drive our clients forward.

Who you are You are a Mainframe & Midrange Evangelist - with an Application Architecture background - confident working in cross functional teams and with customers to understand business and technical requirements. You have a desire to lead, challenge and succeed by taking responsibility and becoming a customer’s trusted advisor.

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, you excel at articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders. This talent for clear communication enables you to foster a collaborative, customer-centric environment where ideas can flourish, and innovative solutions can be developed. As a natural problem-solver, you approach challenges with a keen analytical and critical-thinking mindset, striving to uncover the most effective and efficient solutions to any issue.
