Do you have experience providing advice across mortgage and protection products? Are you interested in joining a leading, local estate agency, supporting their branch network, providing mortgage advice to existing customers?

CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to partner with our client, looking for a Mortgage & Protection Specialist to support several branches across Glasgow & North Lanarkshire.

**Key responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Adviser**:

- Offer expert advice on mortgage products
- Work across several branches, building relationships with colleagues across the business
- Offer advice on suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
- Proactively engage clients through warm leads and introductions.

**Key skills or background required for the Mortgage & Protection Adviser**:

- Professional qualification or equivalent is essential (CeMAP or CII)
- Recent experience delivering regulated Mortgage & Protection advice
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria across the market
- Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
