**Job Title: Space & Community Co-Ordinator**

**Contracted Hours: Minimum 40 per week**

**Annual Salary Range: £24,000 - £25,000**

**A. Job Role and Responsibilities**

The Coordinator role will assist in the day to day management of the space, promotion of the brand and network, and administration of processes within the business. It has three key pillars, space, community and communication.

1. **Space **- ensuring that the venue looks its best at all times, meeting the needs of your members.

**What this may look like **(not an extensive list):

- Understand the location and it’s key amenities and services
- Follow the normal operating plan, ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required.
- Carry out general tasks, including routine maintenance and cleaning duties.
- Check and refresh all meeting rooms, kitchens and communal spaces on an ongoing basis, ensuring they are stocked and cleaned appropriately
- Conduct hourly checks / floor walks to ensure brand standards are maintained at all times i.e. cleanliness, maintenance, replenishment.
- Participate and assist in the member induction process, preparing fobs and welcome tours.
- Prepare and serve quality products to our members

2. **Community **- your role is to, alongside the management team, create a network of people within your venue who will speak, learn and grow with each other.

**What this may look like **(not an extensive list):

- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Grow, support and nurture our co-working community through introductions to maintain a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
- Greet day pass and meeting room users, giving tours of the site and facilities
- Be the person that everyone in the space should know
- Keep up to date with who’s joining us, and alongside the site team ensure the space is always buzzing with interesting people and a diverse range of companies
- Help to plan, co-ordinate and deliver a range of events for our members and wider business community, taking place during and outside of normal office hours.

3. **Communication **- a core part of the role is to ensure open, transparent and clear communication to both the team and members.

**What this may look like **(not an extensive list):

- Welcome anyone who enters the building, assisting them as necessary.
- Promote, support and develop the established brand being the champion of Colony
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, the team and suppliers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback.
- Utilise systems to alert members of guest arrival and parcel delivery.
- Cover staff absences where and when necessary across the company.
- Report Directly to Community Lead having daily catch-ups

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
