**Executive Assistant**
**Role Purpose** - To provide comprehensive and quality support to members of Oodles Executive committee across a range of business activities
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Providing day to day support to a number of ExCo members including;
- Complex diary management - assessing validity and urgency of requested meetings and prioritising as appropriate
- Liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Inbox management where required - flagging urgent items for attention
- Organisation and management of travel arrangements
- Collation of reports, presentations and strategy papers
- Internal Meeting preparation, notes & follow-ups
- Event management - supporting workshops / conferences
- Supporting execution and driving executive action lists into the business
- Senior new starter induction planning and organisation
- Processing expenses in line with company policy
- Budget monitoring
- Coordinate and/or lead ad-hoc projects, as requested by ExCo
- Providing holiday cover for other EAs and Executive Governance Assistant
**The skills, attributes and capabilities we are seeking from you include**:
- Prior experience of providing executive level assistance, preferably at Executive Committee level
- Experience of managing multiple senior diaries
- Experience of creating professional meeting minutes, reports and presentations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrating the ability to prioritise workload and problem solve
- High level of professionalism, discretion and commitment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to understand real-time meeting needs, able to act flexibly, quickly and calmly to last minute requests and changes
- Ability to work independently, with a well-developed sense of maturity, judgement and self-confidence to deal with senior and experienced internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to proactively think ahead, anticipate needs and be confident in taking the initiative
