To provide a comprehensive recruitment administration service to support medical bank recruitment, ensuring that recruitment is undertaken in a timely and professional way having regard for cost, quality, and Trust policy.
To work closely with the Medical Workforce Manager, Strategic Temporary Staffing Manager and Clinical Leads to deliver the required medical locum bank recruitment for UHSussex.
The post holder will support doctor recruitment for our temporary staff bank and ensure that doctors are fully compliant with their pre-employment checks and that we provide a customer focused temporary medical recruitment service. The Medical Workforce Officer is responsible for drafting adverts, coordinating interviews, updating electronic staff records, liaising with the temporary staffing office and issuing temporary worker agreements.
