**About the role**:We are looking for an individual who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in training within the Health and Social Care sector. The individual will manage a caseload of classroom and work-based learners, providing high quality training to progress individuals towards their personal and professional goals. Your role will involve delivering engaging training sessions (both accredited and non-accredited,) assessing learners' progress and providing personalised guidance to help them achieve their learning goals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.

**Required criteria**:

- Vocational experience in Health and Social Care and supporting update CPD activities
- A minimum of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
- Hold an appropriate Assessor and Teaching qualification (if not held willing to work towards)
- Hold a level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification (if not held willing to work towards)
- Passionate about transforming people’s lives through teaching and learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Enhanced DBS check
- Access to a car with a full UK driving license
- Right to live and work in the UK

**Desirable criteria**:

- Training and development experience for 1 years
- Previous experience of using a e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
- Internal Verifiers qualification
- Certificate of Higher Education
- Experience of teaching qualifications across various sectors

- Full responsibility of delivering innovative training solutions, based on local priorities and contractual requirements.
- Feedback on training materials, identifying new and creative ways to engage learners
- A keen eye for detail with excellent administrative skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Regular evaluation of your courses to ensure they are adding value to our learners and supporting them to move forwards their personal goals.
- Sharing ideas and best practice will come naturally to you as will striving for excellence and taking pride in the work you and your fellow colleagues deliver.
