**Summary**
We are currently looking to recruit a highly organised Administrator to join that central Health and Safety team. They will act as a first point of contact for all Health and Safety training, will provide support and assistance to the academy H&S Leads and provide administrative support to the Federation H&S Team.

**Main Areas of Responsibility**
The purpose of your role will be to plan and coordinate a wide range of H&S training courses to support the CPD of academy and Federation staff. Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the health and safety team to establish the health and safety training needs across the school estate
- Plan and prepare the health and safety training programme in liaison with the Head of Health and Safety
- Source new training providers ensuring the appropriate due diligence is carried out
- Plan and coordinate training dates with existing training providers
- Plan and coordinate all bookings with federation staff, ensuring training information is communicated to delegates
- Downloading, saving and distributing health and safety reports, distributing to relevant stakeholders as required
- Monitoring new starters and leavers lists, distributing new starter and induction information as required
- Conducting and reviewing DSE assessments arranging kit as required for central office users, including maintaining a register of DSE loaned equipment
- Managing the eye care voucher scheme, arranging purchase, recharge and issuance of vouchers as required

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Good standard of general education, including literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience of delivering a high-quality service
- Experience in a range of general administrative duties
- Good ICT skills and experience, including Word, Excel, and management information systems
- Flexibility and ability to respond to multiple demands and to prioritise.
- Ability to work well with colleagues
- High level of adaptability to changing demands.
- Work constructively as part of a team.
- Ability to plan and organise work to meet varying deadlines.
- Ability to work on own and take initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
