The Legal Solutions Centre's dedicated **Client Support Services** team are now on the lookout for a **Client Support Administrator** to join them in Plymouth.

**_ What will you be doing?_**

The Client Support Services team has responsibility for administrative support and the production of regular and on-demand reports within the Legal Solutions Centre, acting as the first point of contact for all such queries. The team works with internal and external clients to satisfy all of their data and admin requirements and provides an innovative, accurate reporting service. This exciting Client Support Administrator role is very varied and will see you carrying out a range of activities including the opening and closing of files, carrying out conflict checks for new and existing clients, drafting correspondence, amending documents, billing, client reporting and other associated administration tasks.

**_ So what are we looking for?_**

You'll ideally have previous admin experience, and whilst experience in a legal environment would be an advantage, it is by no means essential. What is essential are good IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems), excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise admin coming from multiple streams of work.
