**Digital Improvement Placement (3 months)**

**Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater**

Milestone Infrastructure is currently looking to recruit a Digital Improvement Placement for 3 months to work on our Hinkley Point C contract in Bridgwater.

As the Digital Improvement Placement you will be part of our SHEQ Team who are responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality.

The role is responsible for supporting and developing a new system which will allow our workforce to operate in a paperless environment. Improving the ways in which we operate on site. Ensuring all documentation is tracked and compliant with the requirements set by the client.

**As the **Digital Improvement Placement **your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Communicating with Agents and Supervisors to understand their requirements. Supporting solution development, improvement, or enhancement.
- Collaborating with document owners and project teams, to build, improve or enhance technical solutions to defined requirements. Including the creation of supporting documentation.
- Leading the deployment of system changes to ensure the intended user group(s) are able to take full advantage of the solution.
- Monitoring adoption within site teams to ensure the intended benefits are achieved.
- Delivering implementation of online system.

***Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- ideally you will be a student looking for a 3 month summer placement.
- Experience and knowledge operating Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomous, self-motivating and open-minded.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to creatively solve technical problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Service quality and delivery mindset.
