We are a wholesale company based in Bournemouth and are seeking to hire a business operations assistant to support our growing business.
working hours;
12pm to 8pm
Key day to day responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Data inputting to company system (training provided)
- Writing invoices
- Answering telephones
- Working closely with senior management
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Taking orders when necessary
- General office administration and organisation
- End of day reconciliations
Desired skills or experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent Communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Leadership skills and ability to ‘make things happen’
- Resourcefulness, initiative
