VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a market leader with the recruitment of a **Sales Administrator **to join the Sales Support team in their expanding business**. **A fantastic company to work in, one of the best company cultures in NI and opportunities for progression.

This is a **Permanent** position.

Shifts are Monday - Friday 9-5. The office is based in **Ballyclare.**

**Salary**

£22,000 - £26,000 + Fantastic Benefits package.

**Key Responsibilities**:
In this Sales Support Administrator role, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain an ongoing relationship with allocated customers and sales colleagues.
- Using knowledge of products and services, availability, sales territories and individual customers to provide a key communications link for the customer.
- Sales Invoicing.
- Promoting stock & managing social media pages by posting updates & responding to messages & enquiries.
- Other duties assigned by your manager from time to time.
- Strong IT Skills including at least Intermediate level at EXCEL and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Confident in tackling problems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Someone who is keen to develop in their role, learning new skills to enhance your position in the company.
- Holding great administrative skills.
- Establishing strong team relationship and being able to work effectively in a group environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Export sales/Logistics experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Additional fluent language is an advantage but not essential.
