Reed Recruitment is excited to be working with a local business based in Ballyclare. Our client is keen to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working within a growing and very supportive finance team, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:
- Credit control duties
- Sales order processing
- Sales invoicing
- E-mailing customer statements
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Assisting with customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Arranging delivery of consumables to customers
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person
- General administrative duties
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Sage 50 Accounts
- Microsoft Office
Hours of work: 8.30am to 5pm
Holidays: 20 days + 9 stats
Pension: 5% employee + 3% employer
