Payroll Officer

Grafton Banks Finance are recruiting for a part time Payroller for a Brighton based, well-established client. This role will be supporting the finance department with a range of payroll duties. Working on a part-time basis, this will be 24 hours spread across 4-5 days per week.
Duties may include:
- Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure payroll is processed, meeting deadlines.
- Maintain payroll information, including processing new employees, leavers and amending existing records.
- Guaranteeing employees are paid accurately, including holiday pay, SSP, maternity pay, overtime, and commission.
- Providing external auditors with any relevant information.
- Assisting the Financial Accountants with P11D/PSA processes.
- Assist the FC with yearend including any reporting queries.
- Have strong IT skills, particularly with Excel
- Can commit to working part-time hours (24 hours)
- Ability to work both at home and to a hybrid basis
