The RTR Group Nationwide Limited are a well-established Electrical Maintenance company operating in Essex, Kent and across the UK. Our people and customers are at the heart of everything we do and through recent growth we are now looking to expand our maintenance department to ensure we are fully resourced to improve the customer journey.

We are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to join our friendly team, if you are passionate about making a difference and the job requirements match your skillset, we would like to hear from you.

**Day to day tasks would involve**:

- Plan the engineers daily work schedules and allocate work accordingly using the company platforms.
- Liaise daily with clients, tenants, landlords, subcontractors to book in works
- Track works progress with engineers and keep clients up to date
- Gathering information from engineers to price up works for clients
- Processing jobs using the dedicated platform
- Quoting, Bidding, and tracking outcomes
- Ordering materials
- Coordinating routine servicing and MOTs as well as the emergencies like breakdowns.
- This role will include light manual handling
- Contribute to meetings to improve services, build relationships, and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- General office admin works

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge and competent user of Microsoft office
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
- Good Communication skills
- Good organisational skills as this is a fast paced role. Ability to work well under pressure

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
