**The Company**:
Our well established Leicester based client who provide design and manufacturing services across a variety of sectors including POS and commercial interiors. Are looking for a Project Administrator in a part time office based role.

This is a varied role and would suit someone with excellent administration skills from ideally a joinery or manufacturing background as they will be required to support the administration side of the business but also liaise daily with the workshop regarding ongoing and upcoming work.

Good communication skills are also key as time will be spent speaking to internal teams, sub contractors, suppliers and they will be involved in sourcing materials, and organising logistics.

**SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITES**
- Administration support for the production and office teams
- Organising logistics for finished goods and site work
- Negotiating best prices from suppliers
- Liaising with the workshop on a daily basis regarding status of work
- Communication with sub contractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams
- Supporting across other teams and the wider business when busy

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Must have good administration skills - Office programs including excel
- Ideally knowledge of joinery or from a manufacturing facility
- Good organisation skills
- Communication skills both internally and externally
- Approachable, flexible
- Record keeping - compiling and maintaining records
- Hands on, team player
