We have an exciting opportunity for a **Recovery Coordinator **who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

**Hours**:37.5 per week

**Salary**:£27,449,52 to £31,529,41 pro rata (depending on experience)

**Contract Type**:Fixed term unitl 31st March 2025

**Responsibilities**:
With this role you’ll be working as part of the Crimincal Justice team based in Cambridgeshire. Although listed as a fixed term contract for 10 month, there is potential for this to be extended. We are a large service with many opportunities.

The team supports people with their or their loved ones’ drug and/or alcohol issues. The role will provide wrap around support for the person on probation, improve communication with all agencies and organisation and manage risk in timely fashion be being the single point of contact and thereby reducing the risk of re-offending.

- Assisting where needed to increasing Community Sentence Treatment Requirements
- Attending joint induction meetings for People on Probation with Probation Practitioner
- Delivering dedicated additional motivational work and delivery of specific Probation toolkits.
- Training local probation staff to give confidence in case management including the most effective referral pathway into support service
- Direct contribution to Probation case management.
