**About the role**:
**We are recruiting for a Campus Services Coordinator to join us on a 12 month FTC or 12 month secondment for internal staff.**

This newly created role will support the Director of Campus Services as well as the Soft Services, Security, Mail and Logistics teams in their oversight of the UCL campus service contracts (security, cleaning, portering and more). The Campus Services Coordinator will work with our delivery partners to ensure the UCL community receives excellent service, value for money and that the services provided are sector leading and meet all regulatory requirements, and will also support the department to ensure that all properties and assets have the required level of statutory inspection and planned maintenance in place and remain compliant.

The Campus Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the campus services supply chain and supporting day to day contract management under the direction of the Director of Campus Services and the Heads of Services. They will also support a variety of departmental initiatives and projects, including project planning, communications, scheduling, task management and monitoring. They will also support management and reporting of departmental budgets, including transaction analysis, coordination of monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and will manage purchase orders for contracted work as directed.

**About you**:
To excel in this role, you should have strong administrative experience in a similar role or hold an NVQ Level 1 Administration or equivalent. You will also need experience of having worked in a fast-paced, customer focused environment, coordinating activities like audits and inspections in a complex institution. You'll also need excellent IT skills (MS Office including Excel), experience of managing electronic databases and keeping records up to date and will be able to demonstrate experience of scheduling meetings and and managing calendars across a complex set of services.

You are a highly organised individual who has the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi task, and you are an excellent communicator who can build good working relationships. Ideally you will also have some experience of working with budgets and financial administration, and are able to read and interpret spreadsheets and financial data.
