- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Basic clerical and administrative skills such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computerized systems

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £5.28 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
