**Job description**

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Admin & Social Media Assistant Apprentice for our Office in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading recruitment company who works with some of the leading companies within the UK.

This great role would suit someone who enjoys admin work within an office environment and able to work well with computer based duties.

The position would suit applicants with who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience and develop various skills and a career. Full training will be given for this post, but applicants should enjoy admin work and be comfortable using a desk top computer.

Your duties & responsibilities will include:

- Creating online content for social media sites ( tiktok, Facebook ,insta etc)
- Placing adverts onto various websites
- Answering incoming calls
- Sending out post and gifts
- Scanning
- Data input
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy
- And various other office admin duties

Working Hours

9AM - 6PM Monday to Thursday

9AM - 17:00 on Friday

This role offers a level 2 in customer service. This course will take between 12-18Months to complete. The

We are looking to start the ideal staff member on between £187.59 Per week ( £4.81 PH ) and £273 Per week ( £7PH ) Depending upon experience abilities plus benefits.

**Salary**: £4.81-£7.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
