We are looking for a positive energy Receptionist to be on the front desk of our Arclite building in Swindon. The role will also include some Facilities Co-ordination.**Why Join Us**:

**36.25 hours per week-** Based at our Swindon Arclite Hub**Role Purpose**:
- To cover the reception desk and support with Facilities Management of the Arclite office.00**Key Elements**
- To cover the reception desk on the first floor and greet non-Cartus visitors
- Receptionist- Process Cartus invoices from suppliers.
- Be responsible for the allocation and monitoring of staff entry passes
- Organise couriers when needed
- Maintain kitchen supplies and re-stock when necessary
- Maintain stationery and restock when necessary
- Report any problems (e.g. printers to IT, building issues, cleaning issues to Facilities Management Lead.
- Support with facilities management by liaising with the Facilities Management Lead, handy-person or other providers.
- Proactively check and monitor the floors regularly for hazards and notifying the Facilities Management Lead/handy-person immediately of any hazards not easily and immediately remediable.
**Reporting To**:
- Take care of clients and suppliers during visits by coordinating with Directors and Managers to arrange refreshments and lunches
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms and hot desks
- Any other reasonable tasks to support the Cartus operation.

- Some knowledge or experience of facilities management is desirable but not essential and training will be provided.
